MY CHESS CV

In a nutshell:

In 1989 I received the grandmaster title. My best position in the world was place 50. Two times I played tournaments with a performance above 2700. In the years 1994-1997 I finished the German Championships 3rd, 2nd and two times 1th place. In 1998, I seized a business opportunity and ended my career as a playing professional.

After a long period of abstinence, I finally returned to my old love in 2016 by starting this website and by resuming my activities as a coach and publisher. Right now, I am cooperating with many chess clubs and also support individual players between beginner level and master grade.
